• Reviews can be via video or telephone
• initial appointment is 60 minutes followed by 3x 45 minute follow-up appointments
• Written report on diet, supplement and lifestyle. 
• Focus on egg quality, sperm quality, implantation, sustaining a healthy pregnancy.

Couples Package 

• 2 x 60 minute new appointments 
• Followed by a 60 minute follow-up appointment, 
• written report on diet, supplement and lifestyle for both egg and sperm quality

Pregnancy Package 

Focus on nutriton recommendations in pregnancy, pregnancy supplements, expected weight gain in each trimester, managing pregnancy related side effects - nausea, constipation etc. Food safety in pregnancy and breastfeeding, 

Nutrition related pregnancy side

• Initial consultation - 60 minutes 
• Followed by  2 x 45 minute reviews in 2nd and 3rd trimester. 
• Written on diet, supplements and lifestyle
• £250 but can be paid over 3 instalments.
